I stayed the same this week. This actually is not too bad as at point in the week I was weighing more than when I started, but have 'kicked myself up the @rse' and am being good again.

I have cut bread out completely and the difference it has made to that bloated feeling has been amazing.

Anyone else reporting in ?

I stayed the same too!

I've eaten out twice, had quite a bit of alcohol, and not really made much effort inbetween tbh

Must get back on it this week...

Stayed the same this week. Really peeved as went to the gym loads last week & was really good.

To make up for it I had a great night at my sisters in law quaffing far too much wine!

Good luck everyone

The food is really good at the place we're going, and there will be plenty of wine.. so I will dread the next weigh in

Arnt we all really bad at losing weight But then again if it were easy no-one would need to would they ?

I am doing OK this week, but not quite as well as I would like. Still steering clear of bread, and trying to stay away from wheat in general.

Lisa, think you deserve a little respite.
