Default Does A HCG shot interfere with OV tests

Hi Ladies

anyone thats followed my last threads will know what im on about (I hope)
I had my HCG on Monday - clinic said I would OV within 36 hours and to BD yesterday for max chances.
I went and brought some more OV tests and did one that night
nothing has shown up and it doesnt say Im OV even today - past 36 hours
Im wondering if the HCG shot interferes with the OV sticks?

does anyone know? Im reluctant to call the clinic again for something trivial

Tina xx

sorry Tina I haven't a clue. Does the hcg shot increase your levels of estrogen? I guess if it does the opk's may find it harder to identify a surge, I am not sure if the surge it detects is predetermined by the manufacturer!

Sorry I am no help
