Default croup

Hello ladies,

Latest here is Gianna developed a terrible cough the ped said was croup. First day she could hardly breathe and sounded like she was choking. Now its loosened a touch after having had a steroid shot and antibiotics.

Its amazing such a sound can come out of a little baby's body though! She almost sounds like a barking dog.

Other than meds we're steaming up the bathroom to let her breathe the vapour. She's getting extra hugs and sleeping in mum and dad's bed too as she looks so sad since she's been feeling poorly!!

I hope it goes away soon.

Erika

Oh poor little Gianna!

One of Sam's little friends has had it twice in the last few months and his mum said it was very scary!

Hope Boo is better soon!
