bebekins after sales / spare parts?

hi
this is kind of a green issue , a friend of mine has a tandem bebekins pushchair , she got second hand.only problem is its brake needs replacing broken off on one side , it works ok but to be safe really needs replacing!!!does anyone know of a website or spare/repair for pushchairs?
