Fluoride in water

You can't win Susie and Lisa - now we're being told that too much fluoride is actually bad for our teeth and can cause God knows what else damage also

We don't have fluoride added to our water here so are advised to use fluoride toothpastes/mouthwash etc. I remember when DD25 was born we were all given fluoride drops for the babies!

There's so much to worry about nowadays - I'm amazed I've got this far with all my own teeth and in a relatively healthy condition!!
