Haha, I spoke too soon!
Tried the white noise cassette again for Naomi's afternoon nap yesterday and she just cried and cried. Oh dear!

Hi Judith,
Lovely to see that photo of Naomi - it's amazing that our girls are already more than 6 months old. Where has the time gone?? We are having challenges with sleeping too - Amy is still up several times in the night but in the last few days we have let her cry if she is awake within a couple of hours of the last feed and she HAS dropped off to sleep again. I hate letting her cry, so I'm very interested to read about the white noise tape. Might be worth a shot. I already have a swishing sea cd for relaxation (pink noise?) so might try that tonight. Is Naomi taking solids now? Is she enthusiastic about eating? After a break, Amy has decided that food other than mum's milk IS quite tasty after all, and is gulping down everything I give her. Keep us posted on the sleep progress. Love, Fiona
