Default Bread machine recipes ??

I brought a bread machine in Asda yesterday, they were only £23, always wanted to get one and when i saw it at that price couldnt resist.

I was just wondering if anyone had any nice recipes for bread machines, ive ordered a book off Amazon and the maker came with a couple of basic ones, but all i want to do at the moment is make loaf after loaf.... going to have bread coming out of our ears in here !! the birds are loving the first attempt!! ( dh made it and forgot to wash the machine out first )

Why thank you Clare

Lynne, you won't regret your purchase

I use mine every week to make dough for bread rolls for DH's lunch (how spoilt is he.....) I use the leaflet that came with the machine but also have a book called "Bread Machine Basics" by Jennie Shapter. I even made my own Hot X Buns one year.

I don't usually use "mixes" but I can recommend the Wright's range, especially the Ginger Cake, which you can make if your machine has a "cake" setting, very very nice, I do believe Clare can vouch for this, as she had about 3 pieces!!! Hee, hee....

Love Wendy xxx

Clare

Its that very well known make 'Durabrand' lol , it must be Asdas own and its probably very basic compared to the others but i am sitting here eating a very scrummy slice..... got my Slimming World weigh in in the morning eek!!! so my timing is a bit bad but the kids are all tucking in... Liam too, who holds the title of 'Worlds fussiest eater'... silly the things we get all excited over isnt it , never thought i would be like this about a slice of bread

Love

Ooh I love my bread maker too!

I have the Panasonic which was a christmas present a few years ago from my mum and dad.

I can recommend a great book "The Complete Bread Machine Cook Book" by Sonia Allison.

Wrights mixes are good too - especially Parmesan and Sun Dried Tomato bread mix - yum yum
