Question How many of you work out?

Hello Girls,

I just wondered how many of us work out on a daily basis, be it at a gym,

walking, at home etc?

Hi Judy

I don't work out every day but I do try and get to the gym 3/4 times a week and if I can fit in a walk somewhere over a weekend, helps keep me san(ish)...

at Lisa. Not any more Judy, used to do an hour's walk every morning from 6.30 to 7.30 am with the dog. Now I just do build lego towers and dog gets a measly trip round the block during my lunch hour during the working week, poor chap. Though I do try to give him nice walks at weekends. I weigh less now than I have in 10 years, though, so toddler chasing is obviously a workout in itself!

Hi Judy

I don't work out but I do walk to and from school everyday pushing a mighty heavy pram with two heavy kids in so that is my workout .

By the time the kids have gone to bed I haven't got the energy for any working out .

I jog 4 miles 5 days a week to control my blood pressure w/out using medications... and keep my enemy the bathroom scale happy-ish.

Sounds like me too! Although I would add to the list,

work out how to get rid of the pounds I gain eating and drinking and then do nothing at all about it but moan!

I really should do more exercise.
