thanks Anne, thats exactly what I was looking for - I will give it a go! Since posting this I noticed some whole nutmeg in the shops - it looks like owl droppings! Funnily enough as I type this Sam and I are eating banana muffins made to the recipe Lisa posted a link to a while back - very tasty!
