Babies "rob" parents sleep

Oh my god - they've been listening in at our house !!!

In fact not half an hour ago DH and I had exactly this conversation.

As he is off work today he did the middle of the night feed last night - about 3am - which meant for the first time in ages I got to sleep from 1am to 7 am - whoo hoo !

yet here he is this morning telling me he is exhausted and will need to go back to bed for a couple of hours later today.

What a wuss !

I explained carefully that perhaps now he understood how tired I was all the damn time. Getting up for the 2 nite feeds every night.

Every day I absolutely intend to grab another nap once Zach has a sleep,but so far I never have managed it.

Sooner I can get the little lad to 5 hourly feeds the better .
