Hiya,

Mine's a Body Shop one, but it is donkey's years old. I usually try to get my lashes dyed to save bothering with the stuff.

I like Maybelline too. Usually in black or brown-black.

I have a fab mascara from Boots No 7 that my mum got as a freeby. It is very nice, so will get it again.

I splashed out on a Clinique one recently that I am using but won't get again as I have found it very "clumpy".

Bought a Neutrogena one in the States one year and that was rubbish as it was too dry.

I hate waterproof ones as they never come off. (Well, I know that is the point, but it is annoying)

Liz, I was also a "Child/Teenager of the 80's", complete with electric blue, electric green, aqua and wild purple coloured mascara!

Yes, I too was also guilty of the very bright mascara, which I also used to colour my eyebrows the same colour. I used to absolutely trowel on in those days. Looking back at photos I think I was young enough to get away with it - but I may be kidding myself.

I can't get organised to wear make-up every day (yes, I know it doesn't really take long!) so I have my eyelashes and brows dyed every few weeks.

I had it done yesterday -- it was the first time for several months that I'd got round to it. I've found a "new" salon (really near where I live) and the lady was really nice. It cost £15.00 for brows and lashes together and should last 6-10 weeks.

My brows are really quite grey now, naturally. I tried dying them myself -- brows are easy but with the lashes, I just got dye in my eyes
