No issues re flying as far as I know. I flew to Houston for a week on business just after I found out I was pg with dd in 2002. I never read anything to suggest it was a problem, and I was only about 6 weeks ish. Only issue was that I went with my boss and we had been talking for weeks that it would be a great week and lots of boozing, where upon I became Mrs Tonic Water and spoiled it all for him - and baffled him until I broke the news a few weeks later!
