Liz, What a complete pain about your Dads grave, I would be gutted. I know something similar happened to stonea as well. I think councils can be highly insensitive to how they deal with people with regards to graves, why cant you have a few flowers etc.

FIL grave was not allowed a curbstone, although they dont seem to be worried about flowers being planted.

I am at work today (normally work from home on a friday) but needed to come in for a couple of meetings. Glad I did as one was with 4 of the most intelligent men I know - but all lacked common sense and it needed me to come in and make decisions and plans (and document what we had decided).

Looking forward to 4 o'clock but have an awful lot to do at home as well.

Weather here is disgusting
