Reflux or what else?

Hi there,

I am writing on behalf of my friend/staff member who is worried about her baby. She is in the process of adopting her and the baby is now 4 months old. She has been on formula Nan Perlagon (sp?) since she arrived at 9 days old, but recently she has starting regurgitating a lot of the milk after feeds - apparently almost pojectile at times. sometimes after feeding she puts her fingers in her mouth to chew but it seems like she puts them too far sometimes and it makes her bring up the feed too. I gave her a teething ring yesterday which she seemed to want to chew on quite a bit.

Could it be she needs to move onto an older formula already - next stage all seem to start from 6 months? Or is she just teething? Any ideas appreciated.

She does obviously retain some of the formula and seems very healthy apart from this.
