Lip Balm

Does anyone have a magic lip balm they know of? For a while now, I've used Vaseline in a small green pot (with aloe vera I think???) and it's been fab - cheap as chips too! But recently my lips are SO cracked and incredibly sore that it's not doing the trick at all. I don't know if it's maybe my hormones making my lips so dry??? But they hurt, it hurts when I smile/laugh and when I open my mouth to eat (so that's VERY often then ) but seriously, I can feel them crack, and this morning, when I got Arlo up and he made me grin with his lovely hug, I head immense pain and then bleeding (sorry TMI but that's how bad it's got )
