Default Interesting Article on Drinking During Pregnancy

http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandsty...regnant-advice

Hmm. I appear to have posted about this topic before. You must all think I'm some sort of a lush...I CAN QUIT ANY TIME I LIKE, I SWEAR, lol !

No, but seriously, I haven't had a drink since I found out I was pregnant (if you want to bring out the 'Bad Mummy' scarlet letters, it'll have to be because I haven't completely given up caffeine), but, having experienced one pregnancy in Canada, and the other in Europe, the sheer difference in attitude never fails to amaze. I note that, like so many other things, Britain seems to be swinging towards the American model.

Also, in the comments section of that article, someone mentions that there's more danger to the baby if the mother drinks while breastfeeding than if she does whilst pregnant- I always thought it was the other way around, because of the developmental problems alcohol could cause in the womb....Anyone know?

Hope everyone's well & *smooches*,

-Rosy
