Default Hrt

As you all know i have recently had a hysterectomy, unfortunately they had to remove not just my womb but both tubes and ovaries.

I'm now having to contemplate the pro's and cons of HRT

I am going to the Drs tomorrow for advice as one of my main concerns not taking it is loss of bone density over the years, especially as i have had my hip replaced and still have a bad knee and half a pelvis on my left side.

Taking the drug also comes with risks, stroke, heart attack and cancer. Additionally a number of others to like swollen ankles/legs etc.

My question is does anyone here take this? either way i would love to know how you have got on with or without hrt.

It appears i have to make up my mind pretty soon, as changes will strat to happen as early as three weeks after surgery.

Really appreaciate any advice

thanks

Sue x
