Is there a post about this? I lost a bit of weight a couple of months ago (about 11lbs) through diet and exercise, but then was sick/on holidays etc. and put a bit on. I am still down 6lbs but as I have just booked another ski weekend. On the last one couldn't fit into my nice salopettes and barely squeezed into my bigger ones

I have about 3 and a half weeks to lose about 6lbs I reckon which should be do-able. I even bought those sucky-inny pants before my last ski weekend but found them so uncomfortable - they gave me a tummy ache immediately and only reduced my tummy a little - that I didn't use them - and may never, luckily they weren't too expensive!
Anyway I really need to start exercising again as I am sure that will help immensly but I am finding it so hard to get up early at the moment (before 7am) as I am up late planning for school every night.
This post is just me 'outing' myself about my goal etc. to give added incentive.
I am currently 10st 10lbs and I reckon I may fit into the aforementioned if I get down to 10st 4lbs, as when I was 10st 7lbs I could just about do them up.
