anyone have a simple carrot cake recipe?

Does anyone have a really simple recipe for carrot cake? I made a nice one a few weeks ago with a recipe I found on the internet and need to make it again but can't find the recipe I saw before. Everything I find now is over complicated (carrot and courgette? ), 'take some freshly grated nutmeg' (yeah, 'cos I always have a fresh nutmeg or two on the side in the kitchen, I don't even know what one of those looks like!), 'add pecan nuts, walnuts, almonds, etc' - no! I just want a carrot cake, not a carrot and nut cake! Anyone got any ideas?
