Default After effects of the MMR

Zach had the MMR and the pneumo booster just over a week ago and is still not terribly well now, keeps getting very hot and unhappy. The first night he spiked a temp at nearly 39 but we did the usual and cooled him down, deployed the baby neurofen etc.

He was fine for a few days but since Sunday has still been getting very hot at nighttimes - so much so that for the last 3 nites hes just slept in his nappy (in bed with me - cue the bruised ribs !)

When I took him to the Doc yesterday cos I was concerned she's told me he has inflamed ears and throat but that its nothing to do with the MMR, any symptoms from that are for 2 days max, this is just something else that he has picked up.

Has anyone else experienced their babies being unwell for longer than just a couple of days with this jab. Or maybe its is just poor little Zach having yet another cough and cold - he seems to have them constantly........
